When can we visit NEMO33 to see the available rooms ?

From monday to friday (by appointment only)...

Can I rent one of the spaces for an event without hiring the catering services of NEMO33 ?

Yes, but only from sunday to wednesday and with corkage.

Can I rent several spaces at the same time ?

Yes, depending on availability.

Is it possible to cook and not take the catering services of NEMO33 ?

No, however it is possible to rent a separate room to prepare the plates .

When are the rooms available ?

The 365 of the year.

Until what time can I rent the rooms ?

Until midnight, with the  possibility of a small extension.

Is it possible to organize dancing parties?

No, NEMO33 does not organize anymore dancing parties or events with DJ's.  However we accept background music.

160 swimers/divers in the water. 150 people around the pool.

120 people seated, up to 250 standing.

25 people seated in a seminair configuration (U) or 30 people seated in a theater configuration (III).

A fixed screen, a projector, a fixed bar.
• "Salle Sud"  (THE DECO CHAMBER)
An EXTRA-ORDINARY facility that allows you to customize the whole room to suit your needs.  There is a video control system for the 5 HUGE SCREENS, and each one can proyect different images, a BOSE sound system of last generation, a bar, toilettes.
• "Salle de classe Ouest"
A projecteur, a fixed screen.
• Pool : 50 complete dive equipments, air compressor system.
• Terrace
A bar, night lighting.

Seminars, workshops, product presentation, birthdays, team building activities, incentives, press conferences, cocktails, walking dinners, group dive introductions...

• "Baptêmes de plongée" in groups or TSD.
8/10 people max.  Sessions of 1 to 2.5 hours.
• When?
Any day of the week depending on availability of our instructors.
• Do I need to answer a medical questionary to do a "Baptême de plongée"?
No, it is only mandatory for the "TRY Scuba Diving".
• What is the difference between the Introductory dive "Baptême" and the TSD ?
Look in the section "Courses".
• Do you have available wetsuits (shorties) ?
Yes, some.
• Which materials should I bring ?
A swiming suit (man's shorts are accepted), a towel and 0,50 € for the locker.
• Photos are available?
Yes under request and reservation.
• Champaigne in the caverns is still available ?
Yes, upon reservation of  "Bâpteme Champaigne NEMO33" and independent scuba divers. Groups of minimum 10 people.  Reservations through the Events Department.

• 8 elements of podiums or 16m².
• 24 round tables for 8 people each.
• 300 chairs (conference type).
• 10 high round tables (snap up).
• 40 rectangular tables.

• Is it necesary to pay in advance?
In order to guarantee the reservation, the full payment (100% of the total budget TVAC) must be done after signing the "Order of Services"  .

In case of a late confirmation, the payment must be done, minimum 7 working days before the event and it is necesary to send a fax confirmation of the payment before the date of the event.  The fax number is: 02 333 38 39 to the attention of Mlle Anne CLAESSENS.

• Restaurant/Catering ?
Yes, Asian Restaurant (Thaï & Chinesse kitchen).
• Parking ?
Yes, private and free parking of 100 places + free access to another free parking lot in front of NEMO33 with 250 places.
• Disable access?
Yes, but not disable toilettes facilities .
• Access ?
