NEMO33 : The deepest pool of the world and its Scuba Diving Club at Brussels, Belgium.
Soon we will have two scuba diving clubs at NEMO33.
1. The club reserved to the students from our dive school SSI. NEMO33 - The Student's Club.
For all our SSI certified divers, who want to improve their habilities, discover new aspects of their passion, meet other divers, begginers or advanced, take aditional courses, share, laugh, live.
WHY BECOMING A MEMBER of the scuba diving club ?
- Private training sessions (the pool is reserved every wednesday from 20 to 21h to the club members).
- Reduced prices for diving training.
- Reserved evenings for Club Members.
- Reduced prices in our dive shop (will open soon).
- Reduced prices in our travek agency (will open soon), etc...
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- To apply as member of the STUDENT'S Club, you must have taken a SSI Scuba Diving Course at the diving academy NEMO33.
- Pay the monthly fee : The cost is 10€, and should be payed before the 5th of every month.
- Registration includes: delivery of a FFESSM licence for the current year (this licence is valid ->31/12, and includes the liability release, under the standards of the licence FFESSM) and access to training packages.
- Training packages is done as one of the following dive packages : 18€ (entrance to the pool and one meal), or 15€ (entrance to the pool)
-The first training for the year 2011 is on January 5, 2011, at 19h30.
- The training consists of two sessions of around 30 minutes each. The fisrt part is dedicated to the physical training, and the other to the training of techniques.
- During the physical session, the exercises are planned to develop and fortify the muscles that are important for diving.
- During the technique session, we work on developing the good diving reflexes and techniques.
- Trainings are not valid as diving courses, or specialties. They can be considered as a complimentary training.
- The registration fee is payed in a monthly basis and either the member or NEMO33 can cancel it without justification.
- The simple non-payment of the monthly contribution by the member indicates his deregistration. Reinstatement is not automatic.
- The eventual reimbursement of the monthly fee, toguether with a notification (by email or post mail) will confirm the will of NEMO33 to end up the affiliation.
- The atmosphere at the meetings must be always cordial.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: It is not necessary to be a member of the Diving Club NEMO33 to access the pool.
The Club's membership posibilities will be defined according to the expectations of the participants.
